Japanese version of Solaris, Windows 3.1 or Windows NT.

- as I informed some friends that I am interested in multilingual communication,
I get some queries far beyond my capabilities. A friend of mine, Japanese, got
a standard e-mail, but apparently coded in ISO-2022-JP.

Et vive l'egalite! We are both helpless. Somebody could tell me what to do?
