Hi, Kyu.

Return-Path: your previous post, I assume that you have access to MS-Windows
Mosaic. IMHO, you are in a better position that I am since you are in
Korea.(I am guessing from your e-mail address. If it is not, please
pardon me.)

Regarding the Mosaic-ln, please check the WWW.NTT.JP using cello or
MS-Windows mosaic. There are articles regarding the Mosaic-ln.

Regarding Linux, please try to log on to KIDS.KOTEL.CO.KR using a Hangul
Emulator such as IYAGI, TELIX+DANSI, HanMe Hangul+V286, etc... There is
CnUnix forum discussing what Linux is and how to install one, in KOREAN.
They often discuss how to install certain softwares on Linux. I sometimes
log on to the system, but it is terribly slow.

Linux is a Unix-like operating system, but is *free*.
If you want more information about Linux, please check SUNSITE.UNC.EDU
using a W3 Browser.

Regards,

David

Linux is a free UNIX clone software. To install it, you will need around
100 MB of HD space (preferrbly 150 or MORE) But unless you have any
knowledge of UNIX, I wouldn't suggest installing it. Then after the
installation of Linux, you can install Mosaic-l10n. :)

I heard Mosaic-ln and Linux many times, but I am not sure what exactly
this software is running onto and what the purpose of it is.
I assume this software is for Unix in order to run a Web browser.
Am I correct?

Could you explain the software in little more detail and the procedure
to install it?

Regards,

Kyu

Hi, Kyu.

As far as I know there is no Hangul Support in Mosaic for MS-WIndows.
I heard that HanMe Hangul supposedly ables to use Hangul in *all*
English-version Ms-Windows applications, I have big doubts about it.

I am using Mosaic-ln on Linux to surf the net, and it works well with
Hangul, Kanji, and etc...

I have not seen an international version of Mosaic for MS-WIndows yet.
Maybe I might be wrong on this matter, but just installing Hangul Font
would *not* solve the problem.

I, too, wanted to us Ms-Windows Mosaic before, but I like Mosaic-ln on Linux
since I could not find any MS-Windows Mosaic with Hangul Support.

It would be nice for us(who want an international version of MS-Windows
Mosaic) to send our suggestion to Mr.Takada Toshihiro for MS-Windows
support in upcoming Mosaic-lns.

I realize that I could not give you the answer you wanted, but I hope this
helps.

Regards,

David
