Glad you got it to work the way you want it to! I am mainly interested in
CYRILLIC script type true type
fonts working with mosaic for ibm ms windows on www servers that operate in
both english and russian.
I study russian at College Of the Mainland, in Texas City, TX.
I do know one person Hung V. Luu 1-713-483-4763 who demostrated a
particular interest in Kanji on Apple macs; So, I may pass this along to
him.

Mosaic-2.4-l10n-0.sparc-cjk

It took a while but I can now run Mosaic-2.4-l10n-0.sparc-cjk under
openwindows
under either the english or JLE versions of SunOS 4.1.3 and correctly
display
kanji.
The problem was a font compulation problem. The SunOS program for compiling
fonts (convertfont) does not correctly handle the standard Motif kanji fonts
used by Mosaic-2.4-l10n-0.sparc-cjk. If anybody knows a workaround for
this
I would be very interested in hearing about it.
The fix is to change the app-defaults file to reference SunOS kanji fonts.
The standard fonts that come with 4.1.3-JLE1.1.3 work just fine, i.e.
'-sun-minchou-*' and '-sun-gothic-*'.
If anybody would like my apps-default file please let me know.
